Publications Guideline
- To be published in the Studies section, a draft
must be refereed by specialist professors and experts.
The date of publication is determined in light of
the priorities assigned by the Editorial Board.
- The Editorial Board designates certain authors
to prepare the File Section in each issue. For the
other sections, comments, reports, the economic
and strategic sections, the contributions may be
sent directly to the Journal office. However, it
is preferable to get in touch by mail, Tel, or Fax
with the editorial board first before sending the
material.
- The Journal publishes the material sent according
to its appropriateness, the time it is received
and its relevance to the current events.
